Ocean Oasis. A villa you can walk through.

A beachfront villa on Palm Jumeirah, rebuilt as a clickable walkthrough. Click a doorway and you move into that room. No headset, no 360 camera, no second visit to the property. We built the whole thing from photos the agent already had.

Click the arrows on a doorway to move through the house. Use Rooms to jump anywhere, or Map to see where you are standing.

What is in it

Thirty rooms, wired together.

Every doorway in the house is a link. The tour knows which room you are standing in, which floor you are on, and how to get back.

How it was built

From a folder of listing photos.

No special equipment, and nobody went back to the property. The existing shoot was the only input.

The input

138 ordinary photos.

The same JPEGs already sitting on the listing. Wide shots, detail shots, a few near duplicates. Nothing captured specially for this.

The work

Reading the floor plan out of them.

Working out which photo looks into which room, which doorway leads where, and what a person would want to click next. That mapping is the actual product.

The result

A house, not a slideshow.

A buyer moves through it in the order the building is arranged, so they come away with a sense of the layout rather than a memory of nice pictures.

Why it matters

Where this earns its keep.

Overseas buyers

Fewer wasted viewings

Someone in London or Frankfurt can understand the layout before booking a flight. The ones who still call have already decided they like it.

Listings that stall

Longer on the page

A gallery gets scrolled past. Something you can move through gets explored, and that shows up in how long people stay.

Any existing shoot

No reshoot needed

The photos are already paid for. This is a second use for them, not another line on the marketing budget.

One link

Shareable anywhere

It opens in a browser on any phone. Every room has its own address, so an agent can send a client straight to the master suite.
